Safety, Behavior, and Health Guidelines

Weapons: Firearms, knives, and any sharp metal tools are not allowed on the fairgrounds.

Pets: Emotional support or comfort animals are not permitted except for service dogs. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner.

Alcohol and Cigarettes: Possession and consumption of alcohol or cigarettes are prohibited. Anyone not following this rule will be immediately ejected without refund.

Behavior: Fairgoers must behave appropriately. Fighting, violent or offensive actions, throwing objects, disruptive behavior, abusive language, or offensive clothing/personal items are prohibited. Violators will be ejected without refund.

Children: Unaccompanied children under age 10 may not be allowed.

Sun & Hearing Protection: Wear sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and earplugs/headphones in loud areas to protect your health.

Personal Safety: Keep your belongings secure. The Oxford Bazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or passes.

First Aid/Security: The Oxford Police, Fire Department, and First Aid Team will be present. Call 911 for emergencies requiring an ambulance.

Policies, Photography, and Lost & Found

Anti-Discrimination: The Oxford Bazaar provides equal treatment for all and has zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment. Report any incidents to the event manager immediately.

Photography/Video Policy: Visitors may be photographed or recorded. These images may be used for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.

Lost Visitors and Objects: Lost children, adults, or persons with special needs should be taken to the onsite police station. Lost items should be reported to the Bazaar management team.

Ticketing Policy: Tickets are valid only for the date, time, event, and area specified. Tickets are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and unauthorized reproduction is punishable by law. No refunds or exchanges except as stated. By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to possible photography or video recording.

Demonstrations Policy: Demonstrations, protests, or vigils are prohibited on the fairgrounds during the bazaar.

Note: Violating the Code of Conduct or preventing others from having fun may result in ejection without a refund.
